How to gift a case you designed

  1. Bench 01Design it

    Describe the idea or add a photo, pick their phone model and preview it free. Re-roll until it feels like them.

  2. Bench 02Ship it to them

    At checkout, enter their name and address as the shipping address. Tick “This is a gift” to save a message with the order.

  3. Bench 03Reveal it

    Make a free gift reveal card with your design and a note — text them the link or print it.

Gift questions

Can I ship the case straight to them?

Yes. At checkout, enter their name and address as the shipping address. Every case ships free within the US.

Can I include a message?

Tick “This is a gift” at checkout to save a short message with your order. For a note they will definitely see, make a free gift reveal card — a link you can text them or a page you can print and tuck in a card.

I don't know their phone model. What now?

On an iPhone it's in Settings → General → About; on Android, Settings → About phone. If you can't ask without spoiling the surprise, check the back of their phone or a recent photo of it — the camera layout gives the model family away. We print for 54 iPhone, Galaxy and Pixel models.

How fast does it ship?

Each case is printed to order and ships within 48 business hours. US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after it ships.

What if it doesn't fit or arrives damaged?

Free 30-day returns on fit, print and damage issues: we remake it or refund you, usually without you sending it back. Because each case is custom-made for one person, change-of-mind returns aren't accepted — see returns.

When should I order for the holidays?

We recommend ordering by December 14 for the best chance of US delivery by December 25. It's a recommendation, not a guarantee — carriers get busy in December.
