This policy explains what CaseMorph (“we”) collects when you use casemorph.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Design inputs — the prompts you type and any photo you choose to upload, used to generate your design.
• Order details — your email, shipping name and address, and order contents. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — standard analytics (e.g. pages viewed, device type) via Google Analytics, and basic server logs for security.

How we use it

• To generate your design and show you previews.
• To print, ship and support your order, and to send order-related emails.
• To keep the site secure and improve it.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: our AI image provider (to generate designs from your prompt or photo), our print-and-fulfilment partner (to print and ship your case), Stripe (payments), email delivery, and analytics. Each receives only what it needs for that job.

Uploaded photos

Photos you upload are used only to create your design. Reference images are kept temporarily for generation and are not used to market our products without your permission.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfilment, support, and legal/tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your choices

Email support@casemorph.com to access, correct or delete your information. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Children

CaseMorph isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We'll update this page if our practices change.
