Perfect-Fit Guarantee

Every case is made to order for the phone model you choose. If your case arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't fit the model you ordered, we'll remake it or refund you — your choice.

How to claim

1. Email support@casemorph.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order email and a photo of the issue (and of the case on the phone for fit issues).
3. We'll reply with a remake or refund — no need to send the case back unless we ask.

Change of mind

Because each case is a one-of-one design printed just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong phone model. Please double-check your model before checkout (iPhone: Settings → General → About; Android: Settings → About phone).

Cancellations

Printing starts quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us right away — if it hasn't gone to print yet, we'll cancel it in full.
