Terms of Service

Welcome to CaseMorph. These Terms govern your use of our website and the custom, AI-designed phone cases we create and ship. Please read them — by using CaseMorph you agree to what follows.


01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CaseMorph (the "Service"), placing an order, or uploading content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.

02The service

CaseMorph lets you create custom phone cases using AI. You upload a photo and/or describe an idea, our studio generates original artwork, and we manufacture that artwork onto a phone case for your device. Cases are Printify tough cases — a dual-layer polycarbonate and TPU build, compatible with wireless charging, printed at 300 DPI — available for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel models.

03One-of-one & made to order

Every CaseMorph design is one-of-one — generated from your unique inputs — and each case is made to order specifically for you after you purchase. Because of this, every case is a custom, personalized product. Generated artwork may vary, and no two pieces are guaranteed to be identical.

04Intellectual property

Your content and your designs are yours. You retain all rights you hold in the photos you upload, and you own the AI-generated artwork created from your inputs for your order. You may use your finished design for your own personal purposes.

CaseMorph and its providers retain ownership of the Service itself — including our website, branding, software, studio interface, and underlying technology. The CaseMorph name, logo, and tagline are our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

By placing an order, you grant CaseMorph a limited license to use your uploaded photos and generated design only as needed to render, produce, fulfill, and support your order.

05Content you upload

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By uploading a photo or prompt, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order or content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, and to refund such an order at our discretion. You agree to indemnify CaseMorph against claims arising from content you submit in breach of these representations.

06AI generation is provided "as is"

The AI generation features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI output is inherently variable and unpredictable: results depend on your inputs and the model, and we don't guarantee that any specific design, likeness, style, or outcome will be produced. We encourage you to review your generated design before completing checkout. The preview is your opportunity to confirm the artwork you're ordering.

07Orders & payment

When you place an order, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the case price (approximately $48 per case) plus any applicable shipping and taxes shown at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Because cases are produced to order, an order is confirmed once payment is processed and production has begun. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or content violations.

08Production & shipping

Each case is custom-made after you order. Typical production time is 3–5 business days before your case ships, after which standard carrier transit times apply. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, location, or demand. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.

09Perfect-Fit Guarantee

We stand behind every case. Under our Perfect-Fit Guarantee, if your case arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong item or wrong phone model, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Just email hello@casemorph.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

10Returns on custom items

Because every CaseMorph case is custom-made to order from your own design, cases are not eligible for return or exchange for buyer's remorse, change of mind, ordering the wrong model, or dissatisfaction with a design you approved at checkout. This does not affect your rights under the Perfect-Fit Guarantee above or any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If something's wrong with your order, contact us — we're reasonable and we want you to love your case.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseMorph and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

The Service and products are provided without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CaseMorph operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of CaseMorph after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you don't agree with an update, please stop using the Service.
