CaseMorph turns your photos and ideas into one-of-one phone cases. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.

01Data we collect

We only collect what we need to design and ship your case, and to keep the service running. That includes:

• Photos you upload. Images you provide to be transformed into case artwork.
• Prompts & design choices. The text descriptions, style selections, phone model, and finish you enter in the studio.
• Generated designs. The AI-rendered artwork produced from your inputs.
• Order & shipping information. Name, shipping address, the items in your order, and order status.
• Contact details. Your email address, used for order confirmations and support.
• Payment information. Processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Basic analytics & technical data. Anonymous or pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region, and referring links.

02How we use your data

We use the information above to:

• Generate your art — sending your photos and prompts to our AI generation provider to render your one-of-one design.
• Fulfill and ship your order — producing your case and delivering it through our print-and-fulfillment partner.
• Provide support — answering questions, resolving issues, and honoring our Perfect-Fit Guarantee.
• Send service messages — order confirmations, production and shipping updates, and important account or policy notices.
• Improve and secure the service — understanding aggregate usage, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping the site reliable.

03Your photos & designs belong to you

You own your uploads and the artwork created from them. When you upload a photo and generate a design, the resulting artwork is yours. We use it solely to produce your order and provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the photos you upload — you must have the right to use any image you submit, and it must not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful content (see our Terms of Service). We may decline to produce content that violates those terms.

04Third parties we work with

To run CaseMorph we share limited data with trusted service providers, only as needed to perform their function:

• Printify — our print-on-demand and fulfillment partner. Receives your final design, phone model, and shipping details to manufacture and ship your case.
• fal.ai — our AI generation provider. Receives your uploaded photos and prompts to render your custom artwork.
• Payment processor — securely handles your payment. Receives the information required to charge your order; we never see your full card details.
• Analytics provider — helps us understand aggregate site usage so we can improve the experience.

These providers act on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We do not authorize them to use your personal data for their own marketing.

05Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (for example, to remember your cart and session) and to measure basic, aggregate traffic. We don't use cookies to build advertising profiles about you. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

06Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it:

• Uploaded photos and generated designs are retained while we process and fulfill your order, and for a limited period afterward so we can reprint or support your purchase. You may ask us to delete them sooner.
• Order and contact records are kept as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• Analytics data is retained in aggregate or pseudonymous form.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

07Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your data, including your uploaded photos and generated designs.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@casemorph.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

08How we protect your data

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable service providers to safeguard your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to only what's necessary.

09Children's privacy

CaseMorph is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service evolves or as the law requires. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of CaseMorph after an update means you accept the revised policy.
